Part Time Receptionist - Fixed term contract - SW London
My client requires an experienced receptionist to work part time for three days per week in SW18, from Wednesday - Friday, on an 8 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective reception/switchboard to the Business Centre and assist the management team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Managing Directors. Key tasks To run the reception, office administration and bureau facilities within the Centre and deal with all phone calls. Carry out weekly fire alarm and emergency lighting tests To meet & greet visitors to the Business Centre Liaise with all existing customers to ensure good customer relations, ongoing client care and the servicing of their needs and complaints. Manage meeting room bookings and usage. Assist with marketing and promotion of the meeting rooms. To be familiar with the Centre, its systems, services and tenants. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Directors To oversee the distribution and collection of the post Assist the sales manager in viewings and enquiries of potential customers. With a pay rate between £16k-£19K per annum, the successful candidate would ideally have 5+ years of reception/admin experience.
