We require the services of a WordPress expert to convert a PSD design into a WordPress theme. About the theme: • The theme will include three layouts, plus a background wallpaper image. • Elements like menus will be dynamic, not hard coded. We need to be able to edit menus easily without needing developer input. • The theme will need to consume an external blog RSS feed and show the latest headlines. • It will also include a Form Submit Input Widget that allows interested parties to subscribe to our newsletter. • Needs to be built for the latest version of WordPress, and be mobile compatible. More specific requirements will be provided to the winning bidder. The first release of funds will be once we're happy with the theme you show us on a WordPress site controlled by yourself. We need to be able to login, edit content and menus etc. The final release will be once we've successfully installed and validated the theme into a new WordPress site of our own.
