Scrum Master: Certified (plus) SCRUM Master with solid project management and team leadership abilities. Able to keep projects on track, build consensus amongst all stakeholders and deliver exceptional results. Experience in Agile SCRUM and conventional project management, implementation management. E-commerce, client/server and backend applications development management. Knowledge of full SDLC, including various methodologies such Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, XP. Experience in e-business strategy consulting (+), business process analysis and requirements definition, risk management. Excellent communication skills. Excellent facilitation skills. Strong knowledge Scrum theory practices and rules. Scrum master experience is preferred. (+) Experience in Version one. Strong writing and oral presentation abilities. Strong goal setting and task prioritization abilities. An ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals. Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies is desired. Roles and Responsibilities: Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning and demos. Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress. Plan and coordinate tasks for other teams that the web team is dependent upon. Ensure successful completion of sprints within scope, budget, time and quality parameters. Manage development activities performed on-site, off-shore and integration with a 3rd party provider.
