Our client is currently seeking a Java Developer. This contractor is needed to support technology-centric projects, enhancements, and production support. Java Developer Requirements: 1-2 years Java experience: analysis, design, and coding Experience developing Java 1.6 applications using Spring Core Experience using at least 1 UI technology and/or language (i.e., HTML/JavaScript, AJAX, PHP, etc.) with emphasis on RIA (Rich Internet Applications) SQL experience using an Oracle 11G database Preferred but not required: Strongly preferred: experience implementing, maintaining, and using Subversion, ideally using TeamForge Collabnet product, Hudson, Maven, and Nexus Strongly preferred: 1+ years Financial Industry experience Willingness to learn and support new technologies related to SaaS applications, distributed systems, and system administration of applications used by our business partners Experience using any of the following technologies: Informatica ETL, OBIEE 10g or 11g, Siebel Analytics, Oracle Answers, Oracle BI Publisher, XML, or data modeling
