Our client is seeking Systems Trainers to be responsible for the management and delivery of systems and/or device training for multiple divisions, while applying the Principles of Adult Learning and Client's Implementation Standards. This role is located in Louisville, Kentucky but this person can live anywhere. Essential Functions: Delivers high quality training by following Principles of Adult Learning and the client's implementation training standards through multiple learning methods, such as instructor-led or recorded / live distance learning Assesses the learner's mastery of new skills and provides related feedback to Divisional and IS management Functions as the essential liaison between IS and Business Operations with regard to policies and procedures The following skills, knowledge and experience are required for this position unless noted otherwise: Ability to analyze and resolve complicated system situations off-site, without the presence of manager, and propose acceptable outcomes Thorough application of the Principles of Adult Learning and Classroom Management A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to deliver service excellence Knowledge of the healthcare environment is highly preferred Significant travel (approximately 100%) is required, but can live anywhere Associate Degree or higher or comparable experience in related field is preferred Trainer Certification is preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in systems training delivery A healthcare background is preferred
