Kforce is seeking Helpdesk Support Technicians in San Antonio, Texas to work with one of its clients. This position will be 100% telephone support. These individuals may be required to work split shifts in both morning and afternoon intervals. There may also be a possibility that some of the work may be performed from home. Qualifying for this opportunity necessitates the following: 1+ years of call center experience / helpdesk support Experience with ticketing systems Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Operating systems skills Active Directory is a big plus
