I work in radio and we regularly do broadcasts over 3g, I would like an app that can gauge the quality of the 3g signal in the area. It should function as follows: The app is launched and a "Test" button is hit a text field should be on the same page allowing the user to type in their location, the program then downloads a 5mb file from my http server. While it is downloading, the application should record the average download speed, and take note of all late, lost and empty tcp packets over the course of the download. After the download is finished the file should be deleted, and all data (location name, avg download speed, late packets, lost packets, empty packets) should be uploaded via ftp to my server in a .txt file (Or whatever is easy) Keywords: Phone, iPhone, C, Mobile, Objective
