The Water Corporation is currently seeking to recruit an Occupational Hygiene Consultant on a three year fixed term contract.   As a senior member of the OSH Branch, this newly created position will play a vital role in the Corporation's Zero Harm journey.   Reporting to the OSH Governance & Health Manager, this highly autonomous role will require a collaborative person to develop, embed and manage the Corporation's occupational hygiene capability.   To be considered for this role you will possess: ·         Tertiary qualifications in occupational hygiene, OSH, or a related engineering discipline. ·         At least three years experience in occupational hygiene including the demonstrated ability to identify, measure, control and monitor chemical, biological and physical workplace hazards. ·         A strong working knowledge of legislation, relevant standards and occupational hygiene principles. ·         An ability to communicate effectively to employee and management groups. ·         Exceptional report writing skills. ·         Flexibility to travel within the State.   Ideally, the successful candidate will be a full member of AIOH.   Your passion, energy and "can do" attitude will be rewarded with a competitive salary and an opportunity to build personal and professional development.    If you are interested in the above opportunity, please submit a covering letter and resume that best demonstrates your ability to meet the requirements of the role as outlined in the information provided.
