Consulting Engagement in Long Island EDIS Consultant This is in Long Island, NY and the candidate can fly in on Sunday nights – work thru Thursday and remotely on Friday. All expenses are covered. Responsibilities include: Work with the Design Team to configure lists and screens within legacy Allscripts ED Help with gathering hospital specific data for templates Develop and maintain system users and security Modify user documentation as needed (triage, disposition, nursing assessment) Generate reports Assist as needed in the training of users Analysis/Design/Build of all components of the item catalog and any other configuration items. Code, configure tables, flow sheets and structure notes. Mapping and design, testing and troubleshooting. Document all configuration activities and system specifications. Functional, integrated testing and application testing. Development of training materials for clinical workflow processes. Conduct unit testing, functional testing, and assist in integrated testing.
