Manages projects of 80 hours to 1000 hours using the Client Delivery Methodology Sales-team interaction Communicates directly with customer, account teams and services sales to ensure expectations are understood, documented, and progress is reported Multiple Project Management Simultaneously manages 5-10 customer engagements Assists other project managers Receives assignments from district PM or resource manager Predict milestone completion Reports milestone status to district PM Perform project reviews Reports lessons learned to district PM and senior TC PMP and/or ITIL certs a plus only ADM SKILL SET: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Visio,  MS Project , Documentum, NETworkflow, Accounting and Enterprise software, SDLC, Agile and Waterfall Methodologies, Project Management, Budget Administration and Tracking, Scheduling, Relationship Management, Organizational Skills, Process Improvement, Problem Resolution, Negotiation Skills, Creative Thinking
