Senior Support Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding software management vendor. As a Senior Consultant, you will be involved in Post Sales technical support, working with customers to identify and resolve issues and working with development in identifying and resolving any code issues. PreSales technical support is also required to support the sales team in technical demonstrations and assisting customers when evaluating various products. These products operate across multiple collaboration technologies and in many disparate architectures so this is a very challenging technical role with exposure to multiple environments and technologies. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with customers, support team, sales team and development team to ensure that customer expectations and product quality is upheld to the highest possible quality. Roles and Responsibilities: Customer support ticket management Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues Presales technical support Evaluation and testing of new releases Feed into product management to ensure constant improvement of product Experience: Three plus years Exchange Administration experience - Exchange Server (2007 & 2010) technical administration experience; SCOM (MOM) experience SharePoint administration and operational management is a plus Knowledge of SNMP traps and systems Domino/Sametime administration experience a plus Blackberry Enterprise Server administration a plus Customer-facing experience Skills: Excellent communication skills; fluent verbal and written English Analytical, structured and organized Exceptionally customer-focused Spanish a plus Able to monitor and rapidly resolve issues in Exchange/Domino and Blackberry Server Environment Conscientious and dedicated work ethic Methodical and logical thinker
