This CBD located boutique Federal Government Agency has an urgent requirement for an IT Support Officer to join the small Infrastructure team on an initial 3 month contract with potential to extend for the right candidate. The role will involve working within the ICT Client Services area to provide Level 1 and limited Level 2 support to end-users across Microsoft platforms. This will be done both over the phone and face-to-face. To be considered for this role you must have experience within a Helpdesk or Support environment with an emphasis on customer service. Experience with Windows 7 support, Active Directory and Office 2007 also essential. Good communication skills a must.
