By dedicating a team of specialists to every client need, we are able to provide resources that match and exceed all of our clients' specific project goals : Our client recently upgraded to 9.1 across their entire HCM suite, They currently use HCM for Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Ben Admin, Talent Management, Succession Planning, TAM and the other core areas. While they went with a philosophy of trying to do as little customization as possible in the role out, they have identified an area where they find that necessary. They way they have it set up is that they currently have to use paper Employee Change Forms, and they would like to go paperless with that within Peoplesoft. Because of that, they are looking to build a customized solution for ECF's, as well as some other automated for ESS and MSS within the modules. The main function for these consultants is to work directly with the business to gather requirements and write extremely details functional specifications so they can get the application meeting the exact needs of the business. These consultants will need to be extremely strong in understanding the business, working with the customers, and identifying all the needs. Then they must have a great track record of being able to create functional specifications that are thorough, clear and concise. Configuration and testing are also very important in these roles. Ideally looking for someone with experience in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Ben Admin, Time and Labor, and ESS/MSS. Requirements Required : Strong (8-10 years) of HCM Functional Work (9.1) Strong ESS/MSS Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Ben Admin, Time and Labor Tons of Experience Gathering Requirement, Writing Detailed Specs, and Configuration Excellent communication skills Desired: Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Strong team building and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface seamlessly with all levels of management and staff.
