High growth area Project, program and contract management APS 6 level positions These positions undertake a broad range of job functions across the program areas and require a capacity to work independently with limited guidance and supervision. Program or contract management skills and experience is essential and some knowledge of the health or aged care industries would be an advantage. As a team leader/manager, staff are responsible for ensuring program objectives are met; coaching, guiding and training of staff; and resolving issues that range in complexity and sensitivity with reference to precedents or established policies and practices. Staff will be able to build productive working relationships through their leadership, high level communication skills, planning, organising and effective teamwork skills and through a commitment to high level client services. A person who thinks strategically to maximise opportunities, is proactive in contributing to organisational improvement, and applies judgement and intelligence, will be well suited to this role.
