Service Desk Engineer / Service Operations Engineer / 1st Line Network Support Engineer (3G / Fault Management / Support / RAN / Incident / Troubleshoot / Customer) - Mobile Telecoms / 3G - A leading mobile telecoms company is searching for a Service Desk Engineer / Service Operations Engineer / 1st Line Network Support Engineer to join their team in the South East on a contract basis. The Service Desk Engineer / Service Operations Engineer / 1st Line Network Support Engineer will be working as part of the Service Operations team with the following responsibilities: * Providing single point of contact to internal staff and external customers * Providing end-to-end management of faults * Ensure incidents are records and impact analysis is performed on all incidents reported into Customer Problem Management team * Identify and troubleshoot network incidents and perform initial diagnostics * Raise and service manage incidents tickets through to resolution Our Client is looking for Service Desk Engineer / Service Operations Engineer / 1st Line Network Support Engineer with the following skills: * Experience of mobile networks (2G/3G) * Good understanding of customer services supported by a Network Operation * Experience of fault management processes and procedures * Proficient in the use of fault management systems and MS Office tools * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Experience of ticket management software e.g. Remedy would be beneficial All of the above must be demonstrated on your CV.
