Customer Insights Analyst
Customer Insights Analyst West London A leading telecommunications company seek to recruit a Customer Insights Analyst on a contractual basis. The Customer Insights Analyst will be a part of a team comprising of twelve members that sits within Commercial Finance, in Sales and Marketing. You will be an integral part of the business, helping the business stakeholders to understand their customer base. You will be required to provide timely, accurate and actionable reports, insights and tools to help the business to make strategic decisions through maximising use of the current data to understand areas such as product usage, customer profiles, behaviour, churn, attitudes and experiences. As the Customer Insights Analyst, you will need to: *To provide accurate and timely information and reports in an accessible format to internal customers to support their decision making process and have the ability to communicate insights and analytic findings clearly to internal customers. *To work with marketing / finance / Business to maximise the benefits to be gained from current data and information. Developing and transforming data into information and insights which enables a better understanding about the customer base covering areas like product usage, customer profiles, behaviour, attitudes and experiences. *To develop pro-active and innovative analysis which can be used as the foundation for incremental improvements in sales, increasing the margin per customer and reducing churn. *To develop summary insight reports, pulling together key findings and charts from several sources, to maintaining accurate and up to date records, including reports available to the business, and key project management documents. *To work with the Customer relations and the Marketing teams to support the development of leading edge customer / marketing programmes, using relevant information and analysis. *To maximise efficiency of working practices and data processing. Ideally the Customer Insights analyst will be proficient with data manipulation and analysis using SAS, have demonstrable ability at translating and reporting data to key stakeholders, have a thorough understanding of SQL and Excel, whilst being confident, with good communication skills.
