National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) course being held at Mary Hare School, Newbury, RG14 3BQ. Courses running: 13th-17th August 0730-1630 daily 20th-24th August 0730-1630 daily Course cost is £250 per candidate with an optional extra of AED (Defibrillator) training for £50 per candidate. Completion of the course certifies as a professional lifeguard through the Royal Lifesaving Society UK allowing you to apply for work as a lifeguard. Ideal for those looking for work in the leisure industry as personal trainers etc. as gives a perfect 'foot in the door'. Candidates must be over 16 and reasonable swimmers.
