Responsible for directing web site content creation, enhancement and maintenance. The technical skills include the knowledge of computer hardware and software. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 10+ years related experience required. In need of self-motivated, software developers who can grasp concepts quickly, see the big picture and work with a small development team. The position will participate in all areas of the software development lifecycle of new projects as well as maintenance of existing web applications. Responsibilities relate to planning, development, and/or implementation of the application and associated systems in support of business operations. Designs, develops, modifies, debugs, tests and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to sales, marketing and operations. This position will also be tasked with various tier 1 technical support duties as necessary during the deployment of applications or new features. The primary focus for development within this group is cost and speed to market with an emphasis on business relevance and ROI. Technical Requirements: • At least five years of server side web development experience using ASP.Net and C# • At least five years of client side development experience with Javascript/jQuery, HTML and CSS. • At least three years of middle tier data access experience specifically using Entity Framework / LINQ to SQL • At least three years of experience creating and maintaining databases using Microsoft SQL Server Required Skills: • Willingness to learn the tools not presently understood • Experience working on fast-paced, time-constrained development teams • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a team environment • Must be detail oriented and self-managing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
