EMEA Financial Accountant - French Speaker - Reading - Temporary to Permanent - £15 - £20 per hour + Benefits EMEA Financial Accountant - French Speaker - A successful, rapidly expanding global company seeks a talented part qualified/ final stage CIMA/ACCA Accountant with fluent French language to operate in a high profile and dynamic role. Reporting into the Financial Controller responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:- • Completion of period end statutory accounts for French entity (knowledge of French fiscal tax/ French GAAP required) • Month end close and reporting including accruals, prepayments, VAT returns, reconciling control accounts • VAT & Intrastat reporting • Cashflow forecasting & monitoring • Balance sheet & P&L review • Preparing annual tax returns • Liaising with auditors both in the UK and France • Other ad hoc tasks as requested To be successful you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels as well as proven French accounting knowledge.
