We require our IT trainers be subject matter experts and practicing technologists committed to quality knowledge transfer. IT trainers must have extensive experience in the classroom environment as well as virtual environments and have the ability to address real-world student questions and challenges. Most importantly, our trainers must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
