Troubleshooting Support Specialist � PowerCentre, Oracle, UNIX � Spanish Speaking Location: Milton Keynes Rate: �200 - �250 per day depending on experience � On-going contract Purpose of role: To provide technical support to a range of finance management information systems used by a variety of business users within the Corporate Banking sector. The role: To support key finance management information systems using PowerCentre and Oracle Basic UNIX scripting and troubleshooting To troubleshoot effectively and escalate any further problems Analyze production failures Investigate complex code Liase with software developers in Spain Liase with finance users in Spain and UK when necessary Maintain accurate logs and records of events The person: To be considered, you must have working technical knowledge of PowerCentre, Oracle and UNIX gained in either a development or support based role. Production support experience Ideally, you will speak fluent Spanish. Financial Services and Banking experience would be advantageous Must be able to display a proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to learn Ability to work under pressure To apply please email your CV online.
