Our client is looking to enhance their marketing team with an expert in online marketing. The role of the E-Marketing Specialist is to develop and deliver regular e-marketing campaigns including emails, homepage updates, web traffic generation projects and special offers. Working in conjunction with Product Managers the successful candidate will advise on the best e-marketing routes to achieve sales objectives on behalf of clients, as well as assisting with product selection, front page features etc. for campaigns. Working to deadlines, you would need to project manage each campaign and monitor web traffic, sales increases and SEO. The E-Marketing specialist is also responsible for designing e-marketing solutions e.g. mail shots in order to drive web traffic using Adobe Photoshop, Flash & Illustrator. To be successful in your application you need to be able to demonstrate the following: - Experience in e-marketing/e-commerce - Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Flash & Illustrator as well as web development and technologies e.g. JavaScript, DHTML - A passion for exploring interactivity with customners through media, keeping on top of developing trends - Excellent written and oral English language skills - Liaised with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely fashion within budget - Confidence in your ability and in dealing with key stakeholders - Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent in Marketing Overall you need a solid understanding of website design, SEO, e-marketing techniques and technologies and the ability to engage with internal and external colleagues to deliver the best campaigns in order to optimise internet sales.
