Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an IT Process Manager for a position in Columbus, Ohio. Our client is defining five new processes and is accelerating the development of process documentation (process, policies, procedures, process models/flows). The successful candidate will work with the IT Process Architect and Process Owners to create documentation in support of this effort. Qualified candidates will have expertise in particular business and/or systems processes. Responsibilities include: complex business and/or systems process analysis, design, implementation, execution, operational management and/or monitoring, reporting and governance. The IT Process Manager serves as an expert in the analysis of existing processes, procedures and methods to ensure and promote effective business and systems operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods. Desired Skills: Certification in ITIL V2 and/or V3 Foundations Technical Writing Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) experience Functional and Non-functional requirements gathering experience Providing opportunities for skilled IT practitioners to become Craftsmen and providing opportunities for Craftsmen to create, mentor and move the IT community forward.
