The online division of this leading brand is continuing to grow ahead of budget and has developed a variety of new digital channels to increase brand awareness, engagement and sales. Your remit will be to manage all online activity in line with sales targets, KPIs and budgets. What responsibilities will I have? Developing the strategy from traffic generation from SEO, PPC and Affiliates through to assessing and improving the customer journey to reduce drop-out rates, improve conversions and increase basket spend. Manage a team of executives and managers to plan and implement activity, set KPIs and performance measures, writing reports and presenting to SMT and the Board. Effectively assessing the cost/value/return of site developments and enhancements, managing agency relationships where required. Monitoring and assessing competitor developments and taking on board technical advances to raise profile, drive traffic, experience and increase sales. Coaching and developing your team, encouraging an innovative environment. What is the Company like? A fast paced business with little hierarchy.
