Technical Support Engineer
Our client is looking for a hardworking individual who has a passion for Security and expert customer service skills. Also to provide initial support and escalation outward to business groups and IT support teams via all communication methods. Own driving licence and transport is essential as the successful candidate will need to travel to and from different locations. Must have a minimum of 5 y ears experience in the following computer systems – VMWare VSphere 4 and associated technologies Citrix XenApp 5 LAN & WAN networking using Cisco routers, switches and infrastructure products Network Security using Cisco ASA edge security appliances Strong understanding of TCP/IP Knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications is essential Knowledge of SAS Analytics, Microsoft or IBM ME, Sage Line 500 and Blackberry Enterprise Server Firewall management Monitoring software suites and controls System centre and Configuration Manager Active Directory Websense Mimesweeper Citrix/VM Ware Encryption 2008/2003 server, XP/Vista and Widows 7 Operating systems Microsoft Office 2007/2012 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint Visio) If you feel you are suitable and would like to apply for this position, please forward your CV
