Facilities Coordinator / Office Administrator Temporary contract until April 2013 Worle, Weston-super-Mare, Somerset �17,246 - �18,347 pa Full Time 37.5 hours per week Our client, a leading provider of affordable homes in the south and west of England, is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Facilities Coordinator to join their Central Facilities team in Worle. This role is temporary until April 2013 and the salary is �17,246 - �18,347 per annum. The Facilities Coordinator / Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance of the office premises and equipment and ensuring that the office spaces are kept clean, secure and well maintained. You will undertake a number of administration tasks including maintaining manual and electronic records, dealing directly with customer queries, taking ownership for health and safety inductions and carrying out regular health and safety checks. This is a very �hands on� and varied role and our client is looking for someone who has a practical approach and a proactive attitude to customer service. The Facilities Coordinator / Administrator will have worked in a similar administrative role before and put customer satisfaction at the heart of their work. Highly organised, you will easily be able to prioritise your work load by managing your time effectively and be computer literate. While not essential a practical knowledge of buildings and office equipment would be highly desirable as would an understanding of finance processes.
