Our client is a global organisation with a member of firms in more than 140 countries and headquartered in London. Have you got strong administration skills? If so then this is for you. The role holder will be supervised by a team leader and based within the Business Service Centre (BSC) team. The holder will assist the BSC team in administration based duties ensuring timely and accurate support to all the company's managers and senior managers in the UK firm. The role is to assist the BSC team of advisors to perform their day-to-day duties including any ad hoc requests that may be presented to the team. The ideal candidate requires: ? Strong administrative background with excellent customer services skills ? Experience in a client-driven professional environment would be an advantage ? Excellent inter-personal skills with ability to build relationships with client and team ? Excellent communication skills - both written and oral ? Good organisational skills ? Ability to use initiative and problem solve ? High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with the most routine tasks ? Knowledge of MS Office Personal qualities ? A strong orientation towards the customer service industry ? Knowledge and understanding of administrative services and their usage in support of client business goals ? Professional confident, credible, enthusiastic team player with a pragmatic 'can do' approach ? Self motivated with ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressured environment ? Ability to work within a busy team environment ? Proven ability to quickly pick up technology ? Flexible approach The day to day responsibilities are: ? Booking of client suite meeting rooms and all related facilities requirements ? Booking of internal meeting rooms and related facilities requirements ? Booking of hot desks on behalf of managers ? Amending and releasing desks on behalf of managers ? Efficient use of in-house databases ? Providing support to advisors with meeting organisation ? Providing ad hoc project assistance ? Daily work allocation for team ? Regular archiving of the BSC mailboxes ? Updating and maintaining the BSC photo boards, virtual teams and telephone list for teams with leavers, joiners and secondments etc ? Data look up and input onto client database (interaction) for managers/senior managers. This will also include producing reports from the client database. ? Record details of incoming calls/emails in a timely and accurate manner and tracking through to closure/client resolution on internal call logging system ? Provide support to other teams as and when required ?
