Administrative Assistant III
Basic Function and Scope of Position: The report writer develops, maintains and distributes reports that support global Sales, Marketing and other teams, utilizing several reporting platforms. Will work with cross-functional teams consisting of IT, Operations, Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing , Marketing Ops ,Business Analysts, and Business Subject Matter Experts. Main Responsibilities/Functions: Analyzing business needs and developing reports to satisfy that need Data analysis to ensure meaningful data is presented Heavy data manipulation required Develop and present reports in multiple formats system dashboards, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Forage through rows of data, realizing patterns Build new reports that answer unusual end-user questions Modify reports to correct longstanding problems Implement best practices to create fast, efficient and accurate reporting solutions that provide accurate results. Work out of a SQL Server Database utilizing advanced SQL Queries and/or simple SQL to load data into various OLAP tools to accomplish various data extraction and reporting tasks. Required Experience A bachelors degree with an emphasis on data analysis, programming or similar areas of study. 1 to 3 years experience with data analysis and reporting. Must be able to successfully utilize technical tools such as Excel, Access, OBI, SQL and others. Knowledge of technologies such as Siebel CRM. SaaS CRM knowledge a plus. Ability to understand and grasp business processes and translate into meaningful reports Must be process-driven and organized Advanced SQL programming skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Access. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong presentation skills At least 2 years experience in the field Start Time: 12:00 AM Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
