Customer Services Manager London South East South East London Lambeth Contract 3 months initially �16.69 per hour PAYE We are a recruitment company and we are looking for an experienced Customer Services Manager for our South East London based client. The successful Customer Services Manager will be managing customer services team who deals with customers' enquiries and complaints. Will be responsible for responding to stage 3 complaints and Ombudsman enquiries. In charge of ensuring quality and quantity responses are provided. Maintaining good communication with customers, colleagues and partners. Holds degree level qualification, relevant professional qualifications or has equivalent substantial demonstrable experience Up to date knowledge of professional housing management requirements relating to tenancy, estate and contract management.
