Sovereign Technology Group Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Business Information Consultant for a 6-9 month contract position with one of our enterprise accounts in the Jacksonville Florida area. Job Description The Business Information Consultant will provide support to the business during the remediation of business rules for the ICD-10 Program. This includes refining the approach, assisting the business in the analysis of the business rules to ensure the correct ICD-10 code is applied to the rule while retaining the intent of the rule. Responsibilities Include: ·         Bring a methodology for rule remediation ·         Manage the remediation process ·         Assist the business with analysis of the rules ·         Put an approval and validation process in place ·         Assist with the rule testing strategy and scenario development Position Requirements ·         Strong knowledge of Prayer business processes with an emphasis on Service Organization and Delivery System ·         Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization ·         Must have strong business analysis skills ·         Good knowledge of the applications/systems that support the business processes ·         The ability to develop high-level strategy plans ·         Knowledgeable in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ·         Ability to speak the business as well as the IT language Required Skills and Experience ·         2-5 years’ experience with business process modeling ·         2-5 years’ experience with Diamond Claims- User ·         Knowledge of Health Insurance, 2-5 years’ experience ·         2-5 years’ experience with Diamond –IT ·         2-5 years’ experience with Client Relationships ·         Ability to work independently or as part of an interdisciplinary team in high pressured environment ·         Must have good interpersonal skills, with strong oral and written communication skills. ·         Must be able to establish goals and be results oriented ·         Must be able to be flexible and work in a changing environment About Us Sovereign Technology Group Inc., headquartered in Jacksonville Florida, provides premier Information Technology products and services to clients worldwide.  We provide enterprise class IT Staffing, IT Consulting, Application Development, Managed Services, Outsourced IT, and Data Center Services.  Our management team is dedicated to delivering IT solutions that are consistent, efficient, and focused on our client’s business model.
