Title: Sr. Exchange Engineer Location: Minneapolis, MN (55415) Duration: 18 months (6 month initial contract) This is NOT a production/administration position; this is a senior engineer position working to help on a Good Technology (Mobile) deployment and integration with their current Exchange Server. Managers Top 5 Required Skills: MS Exchange Server 2010 MS Exchange Server 2007 Excellent written and oral communication skills-Virtual team working across the country Other Required Skills: Good Mobile Technology /BlackBerry Enterprise Server Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (required) Experience in a large corporate environment ( >10,000 users) spread out over multiple geographic sites System Security Controls (complete understanding) Integrate third-party software into a large-scale production environment (knowledge of) Act as a project lead, and provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Solid email engineering experience Able to work independently Able to handle all aspects of MS Exchange engineering projects, from inception to implementation Required Duties: The candidate must have at least 7 years of experience building and supporting scalable, mission critical MS Exchange messaging environments. Specifically, the candidate must possess extensive experience designing, deploying and administering MS Exchange Server 2007 and MS Exchange Server 2010. The candidate must also have experience integrating Good Mobile Management and/or BlackBerry Enterprise Server with MS Exchange Server. Success also hinges on the candidate being able to efficiently document the engineered solution and effectively communicate that solution to peers, project managers and senior leadership. Must also have extensive experience preparing security documentation to support all engineering work. Should be able to lead the email engineering effort of the project at the enterprise level. The engineering team is responsible for designing, testing, documenting and maintaining a complex environment (C# .NET).
