Office Admin/Data Entry
Queens Park (NW6) based construction company requires full-time, self employed office administrator to support Office Manager. Computer and excellent numeracy skills essential. Hourly rate dependent on experience. Person living fairly local preferred. Duties include following: - Entering invoices onto SAGE (computerised accounting programme) - Answering the telephone – dealing with queries, redirecting calls and taking messages - Opening mail and redirecting as appropriate - Creating new job files and general filing - Photocopying - Dealing with payment of monthly accounts and other approved invoices – checking invoices and order books and writing out cheques for approval - Reconciliations, as required - Typing and entering/collating data on computer, as required - Assisting with monthly CIS4 subcontractor pay run and completion of monthly return to HMRC - Assisting with tender distributions, including chasing prices from contractors, directing any queries to QS/Directors etc - Assisting with management of non-resident director’s rental flat - Occasional errands outside the office - Keeping office tidy and clean including weekly vacuuming and dusting - Responsible for day to day office management in Office Manager absence - Any other administrative/office duties as required Keywords: Secretarial, PA, Admin
