Responsibilities Act as a Sr developer in a team of global resources to architect, build and deploy the next generation of web applications. Responsible for hands-on coding as well as designing and leading other development team members. Lead each phase of the development cycle, including Analysis, Design, Coding, Implementing, and Unit Testing including hands-on coding (may require research and building prototypes for the end user before final design) Provide production support as needed and train other junior team members to solve new and existing technical issues. Evaluate and recommend other third party tools & technologies for speeding up delivery and integration into the overall stack. Qualifications Demonstrable advanced level of hand-on experience with ASP.Net, SQL/SQL server 2008 R2, C#, XML, WCF, Microsoft Workflow. Candidates are minimally required to have 4 years of expert level of experience designing and developing enterprise wide web based applications in a .NET environment using C#. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field is strongly preferred. At least 4 years of experience focusing on Agile Methodology and enterprise application development. Expert level knowledge of the .NET Framework 4.0 and advanced hands-on coding with ASP.NET (C#) in an N-Tier architecture. Strong experience in XML and JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3 is essential Expert with hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008, Integration Services Expert with hands on experience with 3rd party UI controls like Telerik or Infragistics Expert with Visual Studio 2008/2010 and Team Foundation Server 2010 Expertise with Design Patterns and Microsoft Enterprise Library. Knowledge of Services Oriented Architectures, WCF and Windows Reporting Services Experience with Flash/Silverlight/WPF is a plus. Firm grasp of relational database concepts, including experience in data normalization, data modeling, packages, stored procedures, and functions, and Entity Framework. Strong command of Object Oriented concepts and proficient in object-oriented design and development. Solid understanding of application security and information security with experience in designing secure applications. Ability to collaborate and work within a development team, as well as operate independently Ability to interpret functional specifications, as well as ability to document technical or functional specifications. Experience providing technical leadership during each phase of the AGILE development cycle Prior team lead/mentoring experience is a big plus. Critical to this position is extensive experience and expert level knowledge in design and development on the Microsoft platform and excellent hands-on programming skills in SQL, .Net and C#. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a hands-on senior Net Programmer Analyst providing technical leadership in the design and development of world-class, enterprise-level internet applications. Advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Integration Services, Reporting Services, Replication and database development. Expert level Microsoft .NET (C# Framework 3.5 or better) development environment and tools experience, as well as having a deep understanding of integration points with database and middleware technologies. Advanced technical design skills and be well versed with OO design concepts and design patterns and SOA designs. Experience with Microsoft's SharePoint Framework, Work Flow Framework, and WFC N-Tier development experience. 4+ years of .NET technical lead experience developing and delivering customer facing web or mobile experiences A Bachelors or Masters degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is desired; Unable to offer relocation at this time.
