An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-established, multi-sited organisation for an experienced HR Advisor to cover a 15 month maternity contract. Responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and enhancing the organisation's human resources department - Contributing to the development of positive employee relations - Working with the senior management team to review working practices - Working with the HR Administrator to prepare payroll data - Assisting managers with recruitment and selection The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified or equivalent, with experience gained in a faced paced, unionised environment. Preferably you will have strong employment law knowledge and possess the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organisation.
