Customer Support Specialist
Job Description: Adecco Group has an immediate opening for a Customer Support Specialist for a contract (long term, 6-9 months) opportunity with a leading Health Care Company in Roanoke, VA 24019. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: *Responsible for answering customer support broker questions relating to the on-boarding & certification process. *Research and resolve any procedural, product and process questions. *Answer questions regarding application status and eligibility. *Answer questions regarding commission payment. *Research complex issues and communicate findings. *Direct agents on how to use self service tools as well as how to troubleshoot system issues. *Document assistance and resolution of each contact case in a variety of systems - in a clear and concise manner. *Demonstrate the ability to provide a quality experience for all of our customers. *Meet minimal performance goals on a weekly basis. QUALIFICATIONS: *Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience. *An education level of at least High School diploma or GED required. *Strong computer skills are required, including but not limited to: knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, & typing skills. *Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both a verbal and written environment. *Ability to learn new computer applications quickly and toggle between those systems seamlessly. SALARY: $15.00 per hour. HOURS: Shift/Hours: must have availability to work an 8 hour/day shifts between: Monday-Sunday, 8am-8pm. *No time can be missed during training (first 4-5 week of assignment) and time off will be very limited during the months of October 2012-January 2013.
