Skills and Abilities: * Minimum 3 years of configuration experience building and maintaining in EDI maps using Industry Standard Mapping tools * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to maintain a high level of flexibility and to learn and support new applications * Solid comprehension and listening skills * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with numerous departments and employees * Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision * Careful attention to detail and accuracy * Strong 'people' skills are essential to ensure customer satisfaction * Good understanding of various SAP system landscapes * Ability to work with multiple priorities in delivery and project organizations * Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications * Ability to travel 5% of the time (domestic and international) Education and Training: * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is highly desirable * Experience in GIS (mapping, BP, and TP set-up) * SAP experience is highly desirable * Strong working knowledge of desktop and laptop functionality * MCP or MCSE Certification is desirable
