3rd Line Technical Service Engineer/Systems Administrator My client, a London based public sector organisation, is recruiting for a 3rd Line Technical Service Engineer for a 9 month contract. The role holder will be involved in providing 1st-3rd Line Support including Systems Administration, Incident Management, Technical Implementation, Complex Troubleshooting, Hardware and Software Support and Network Engineering. The contract will be based in London (SE, SW and Central). Key Skills Required: Software:- -Active Directory (including Group Policy) -Windows 7 and Office 2010 -MS Server 2008 R2 -Symantec NetBackup / Backup Exec Hardware:- -Dell - knowledge of Power Edge Servers/Blade Technology, EMC, SAN Storage, Tape Library, Workstations -Cisco ASR series/6509/3750 Desirable Skills:- -Apple Mac Hardware -Altiris application deployment skills -MS Access 97-2010 -Lumension End Point Protection -Symantec End Point Protection -MS SQL 2008 -MS System Centre Operation Manager (SCOM) -MS Hyper-V Due to the nature of this role, applicants must be eligible and willing to undergo security clearance.
