360 DATA SITE REQUIREMENTS We are going to scrap our current site ( -data.com/360data) which is 3/4 built on Magento, in favor of a new design and custom CMS. We are asking qualified site developers to submit a bid for the design and build of a new site. We are not opposed to a template, but it must be highly customizable. The requirements are: Visual Design • Color Palate and Fonts o We will require you to design the color palate according to the colors that we select for the site. We will ask you to propose some colors based on our logo and company aim. We will also ask you to standardize fonts, and these will be selected by us. • UI/UX Design o The site will be designed with modern UI/UX considerations to ensure that the site is as user friendly as possible. Icons and text will be larger than standard websites or templates. Simple and clean design. o We will provide you with some initial design ideas of how the homepage should be laid out. A customizable template may also be used. • Wireframes and Site map o You will produce wireframes of the initial design for our approval in conjunction with a site map. • Banner Advertisments o A flashing banner advertisement that will enable 5 banner ads to be placed will be included at the top of the site that will link to interior pages. We will design the banner ads. • Icons o There are about 20 icons that must be designed to enhance the UI/UX DESIGN of the site. WE WILL PROVIDE the design for these icons. Functionality • Custom CMS o A custom CMS will be built. o The site should be built with full mobile compatibility in mind that will not require a separate app to be built to view the site from mobile devices. • Layout • Left and Top Navigation • Brand Icons on homepage In addition to everything on the current site, 360 data site add the following: Basic Functions • Product Search • About us, tesitmonials, contact us, Faq's, etc • Brands list (IE left navigation showing the brands we represent) • "Shop POS Systems • Instant Chat features • Login Area to download drivers and software updates • Form to submit for instant download of trial software. • Ability to send estimates and quotes to customers • Ability to add optional products to the systems by adding into the cart the options and listing them in descriptions pages • Social Media Center • "Add This"plug in for each product Online form for contact • Online form to contact us • Find your POS SYSTEM o (similar to flash application on ) Payment Processing: Integrate Authorize.net and Google Checkout and Amazon Payments.
