We require an individual or team of detail oriented data entry people who can efficiently look up and record real estate related information. Specifically, we need research done on Toronto area condominium projects. Full instructions will be given via videos for you and your team on what information needs to be collected. These videos can be watched on your PC and can be used at any time for reference and help in doing the work. An Excel spreadsheet will be provided that will contain the fields for which the data is to be entered into. The information we need collected will require you to use all available sources of information on the developer and the project including the project's website. In some cases where the information required is not readily available we will require you to email the sales people involved with the project and at times contact them via telephone for follow up. All of the projects are located in Toronto, Canada. There are approximately 200 condominium projects we need researched, and we estimate each project will take no longer than 20 minutes total, so that means approx. 4000 minutes or about 65-70 hours of work. We want this project done quickly within 10 days maximum. So it's possible for one person to do this project.
