An opportunity to gain valuable experience in bridal wear studio based in Angel Islington. Working with the finest silks and laces ,you will need hand and machine sewing experience of a high standard. Experience will include beading by hand and surface decoration. Looking after clients and assisting fittings. Visiting suppliers ,answering the telephone,emails and general administration. The ideal candidate will have completed a fashion/costume course and be interested in a career in the bridal industry. Perfect English ,good communication ,a positive approach and excellent time keeping is vital. To be successful in this field you will need passion and determination. There will be a weeks trial before the length of internship is agreed. Ideally the internship would last 6 months . This is an unpaid position,travel will be paid on a weekly basis.
