I need to be able to embed Poll Results in PowerPoint slides from my own data source, similar to how PollEverwhere embeds their data on slides. Basic Requirements Flash object can be embedded on a PowerPoint slide, directly in the code, or queried from an external server. Flash object queries for data from an API URL I specify. Flash displays name of the poll, instructions for texting, and a graph of the data. Flash graph updates every few seconds with new data. That's the general idea. I am open to various technical approaches to this as long as they do not require the end consumer to download any additional plugins (beyond a recent version of Flash).
