Our client, a construction company with offices in DUMBO, Brooklyn seeks an administrative assistant on a temp to perm basis. Candidates MUST have previous experience supporting mgrs at a construction company and resumes must reflect duties similar to those listed below. This is a 4-6 week temp to perm opportunity! Bachelor's degree REQUIRED Hours: M-R, 9am-7pm, F, 9am-6pm Pay rate: $14-$14.50/hr, temp Duties Include: • Support invoicing and purchasing for construction managers • Subcontractor management: procurement, assist in bid evaluation, detailed invoicing review and payment • Equipment and Rentals management: procurement, invoicing, and payment • Logistical/Delivery management of TM obstacle materials • Consumable purchasing and ensuring delivery • Document control duties: submittals, drawings, tracking changes, bid document • Assist in monitoring and reporting: event budgets and costs, labor charges, expense detail, and schedules • Become proficient in TM accounting system If you meet the qualifications listed above, please apply directly to this advertisement and activate an account on www.manpowerjobs.com A recruiter will contact appropriate candidates immediately for an interview.
