I need someone to do some data mining from the 2010 U.S. Census. I need a list of all the locales with population of 2,500 or above(eg. boroughs,towns,townships) that doesn't currently have a Chinese restaurant. Or if restaurant is existing can it support another one using 1:4000 ratio (restaurant:population) within certain miles We can initially start with three states first (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware) and work up; I will pay accordingly. I need the information to expand my Chinese restaurant business. Can it be done and what additonal information is needed? Any idea to make my plan better? For example, an overlay of existing Chinese restaurants on a map with population data from the US Census included. I can get a list of all the address of current Chinese restaurants in USA if necessary. Keywords: Data, Processing
