$40 to $50 an hour of audio, depending on degree of experience, for a roughly 18-hour project consisting of the transcription and translation of a 1 hour, 20 minute recording (with some pauses), Somali to English and vice cersa which is due 10/8/2012. Audio is clear and the content is fairly interesting. (The estimate is that, including transcription and review, this project should take approximately 6 hours of transcription per hour of source, therefore, roughly 18 hours of work.
