Our client requires a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FILEX to undertake a temporary job in Ipswich to join this established team. The role is a non contenious planning role, ideally you will have experience of Section 106 Town & County Planning Act 1990 which would allow our client to enter a legally-binding agreement or planning obligation with a landowner in association with the granting of planning permission. You will also have proven experience of commercial property acquisitions and the drafting of agreements between landlords and tenants.
