BUSINESS ANALYST - Finance Ledger Platform implementation My client, located in central London, is urgently seeking an experienced and Senior Business Analyst who has experience of implementing a corporate Finance Platform solution on a global scale. Ideally you will come from a buy-side background however sell-side experience will also be considered. This is a long-term contract position for 1 year! The client is looking for an experienced, confident, and resilient Business Analyst who has experience working on large projects across a number of Finance Platforms as you will be responsible (along with the Project Manager) in defining the most suitable Finance Platform for the business. The Finance Ledger Business analyst will be located within the technology team, although the project team will be made up from cross-functional areas. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: • Experience of implementing a global Corporate Finance Ledger solution / platform for an Investment Management Firm (Investment Banking will be considered) • Experience of implementing a global Finance Management Information reporting platform / solution • Exposure to General Ledgers and Subledgers operations, understands the general Financial reporting and Finance processes within an Investment Management Firm • Exposure to the following functions: Financial Control, Receivables, Revenue, Payables, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Treasury, FP&A reporting, Statutory & Regulatory reporting, Management Information. • Experience of Chart of Accounts design and migration • Understands the Control and Risk environment within Finance • Understands the mechanics of an Asset management firm • Proven business analyst experience, understands the end to end project life cycle, delivery expectations, self starter, with the ability to lead and conduct detailed workshops and analysis to drive out requirements and future state models with key stakeholders. • Successful track record with working with IT and business teams in defining and implementing demanding and complex solutions across multiple business functions. • Senior sponsor and stakeholder management Please apply immediately if you are a Business Analyst with Corporate Finance Ledger implementation experience and wish to be considered for the position.
