GLOBAL BUSINESS - CUSTOMER FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR (CUSTOMER INVOICING / PRICING) x 3 –– BIRMINGHAM, WEST MIDLANDS - £18,000 - £19,000 TEMPORARY CONTRACT UNTIL DECEMBER 31ST 2012. IMMEDIATE START, WITH POSSIBILITY OF LONGER TERM EMPLOYMENT. A Global blue chip organisation, is now seeking to appoint a Customer Finance Administrator (Customer Invoicing / Pricing) to work within their established UK Procurement division. This is a superb opportunity to gain work experience within a global blue chip business that is a household name. Working within the Customer Finance and Administration team, the role will involve dealing with a variety of customer finance queries relating mainly to customer accounts, invoicing and product pricing.Working within a fast paced team environment you will be resolve invoice queries with key business customers over the phone and via email and offer first class customer service.You will carry out all related administration duties.You will be a key contact within the UK customer finance and administration division and for all other areas of business and be a confident communicator.On a daily basis you will utilise Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP database. To apply for this role - Candidates MUST HAVE experience of working within a finance environment resolving invoicing or pricing queries. Candidates must have experience of dealing with business customers over the telephone, resolving queries effectively.A passion for customer service and supporting key business partners is a must. Candidates must be confident with IT systems and be able to manage large amounts of data and be happy to work within a repetitive role.Candidates must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Full training will be given on SAP. Candidates must be able to multi-task, be extremely organised and be able to work within a fast paced environment. Candidates must be within commuting distance to Birmingham and be able to start immediately and be able to attend an interview WEEK COMMENCING 20TH AUGUST.
