Job Description Designs and develops specific instructional material for internal engineering training courses that support company technical products. Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, course development, and evaluation skills. Can independently develop advanced level courses for internal engineering audiences. Able to utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools. Acts as liaison between Engineering and I.D. in determining needs of the course and appropriate method of delivery. Skills Technical Writing, Teaching/Training, performance measuring, multimedia, curriculum and course development, ability to work independently or on a team. Solid Computer Science foundation with experience in software development. Desired Storage industry experience Solid Computer Science foundation *Prefer troubleshooting experience *Able to quickly learn company technology Education Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject.
