Job Description Business System Analyst_Sql_UML Frederick, MD Financial Services Des Moines, IA or Frederick, MD 12 to 18 Months Business Systems Analyst The team member will be responsible for developing the Technical Design and Technical Requirements for all applications in Servicing Platform. This includes working with the business on their Business Requirements documentation, and mapping that to technical solutions. Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of Requirements analysis 3+ years of working relationships with the business in a facilitation/requirements gathering role Documented experience in Technical design including creation of UML Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Flow Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. Documented experience with User Interface Design and User Interface Specifications. Documented experience working with business partners and senior management Strong understanding of SQL and Relational Databases.
