We want to be able to broadcast a MP4 video stream through all mobile applications, various streaming IPTV boxes (Mainly Roku) and through our websites via Amazon web services. The setup should include a simple process for us to add clips to a streaming playlist que. The playlist should play continuously without interruption and repeat. - You will not be given access to our Amazon server but instead you will provide us the files to be added and guidance on how to change code or whatever to make it work as we want. - You should recoginize we don't have experience at this type of development and you won't be paid unless at the least we can play the stream through a website. This meaning this isn't rocket science and recoginize that you probably already have everything completed from a previous job. We've been burned by another on this site.
